Serpientes, que hacer cuando te encuentras con una y que hacer cuandode muerden./ Snakes, what to do when u get close to one and what to dowhen they bite you.

ENGLISH VERSION AT THE LAST...

-No ingerir bebidas alcohólicas.

What to do when you see one?
The best way to react to the nearby presence of a snake is to stay calm. Try not to make sudden movements and let the snake away unmolested or go away slowly.
Many poisonous or non-poisonous snakes react violently to sudden movements of people having before them.
At no time should throw stones at a snake. Given this possibility, any snake can defend, reacting violently pounce on the victim or, in the case concerned a spitting snake venom can throw venom quite a distance, reaching the eyes and causing blindness.
The first thing to know is that snakes do not bite because they want. A snake is not going to be waiting for some person approach him or a walker to bite, but they give signals for we to know they are there and want you to know that they are dangerous, The thinking of the snake is: Why spend poison biting something that im not even going to eat?

Some, like rattlesnakes use sound produced by its tail. Across America there are rattlesnakes and is very easy to differentiate, you just have to hear a rattle and flip them to see, they are always watching you shaking its rattle wound, as you can see in the photo.

What to do when you get bited?
A bite from a poisonous snake is a medical emergency that requires immediate professional attention, so that first aid should be given while preparing the transfer of the patient to the nearest medical center.
Generally, bite cases occur in remote places where help is far from the site where the problem lies.
Some tips are:
Before anything identify if the snake is poisonous, so we can apply the appropriate treatment.Since we do not know all snakes, it is important to memorize the color, size and shape of the snake.
-Keep Calm, do not get agitated, remember that the more agitated you are, the heart will pump more blood and te poison will spread faster thrue your body.
-Not sconces turnstiles, as these increase the likelihood of necrosis. If you are far from medical care, apply a loose bandage over the entire limb.
-Do Not burn the area with hot objects or acids.
-You must not use poison of other animals in order to "offset" snake venom.
-Do not apply poultices of herbs, animal fats, droppings, chemicals, etc.
-Not drinking alcohol. Dont think that if you drink alcohol youre gonna stop your death, cause you wont.
-Do not apply ice as it does not decrease the distribution of the poison and other kills some cells.

La Hiedra Venenosa, como Identificarla y Tratarla/ The Poison Ivy, how to Identify it and how to Treat it

English version at the end...
